| Each event offers tasting of a range of wines (historically events have offered tastings of 5-7 different quality wines) selected by Guillaume Manuelle to provide a good educational (and tasting!) experience on the particular event topic. Guillaume provides a brief introduction to each wine and property and leads the group through the tasting and comparison and contrast of each of the wines. Event tasting may focus on demonstrating the impact of various factors including: different grapes, different soils, different ages, different wine making techniques, different regions, etc. | |
