Social Wrap-up and Food Complements
The
'more formal' portions of the event are then wrapped up with food complements
selected to accompany the selected wines. This section is an open social
wrap-up to each event allowing participants to socialize while experiencing
how the wines they have formally tasted interact with various foods.
